After the success of the last Horsham meet I thought it only fair to try and organise one myself!

Early October would be good for me preferably after the 6th so my baby will be fully serviced!

Anyone interested please post here and throw some dates at me.

Cheers
Ed

Hello Ed,
Well done for picking up the baton, would be great to get together again. I'm o.k. for the 9th & 10th October, but not the following weekend.

Sounds good - there is an open day at Racing Green early in October which we were planning to attend - do we want to combine the two or do something else?

Hello Liz,
it was good to meet you at last on Sunday.
I've got Racing Green down for the 17th, I've already put my name down to travel there with West Sussex. We could hook up with them, or do our own thing the weekend before.
What do you reckon Ed?

Derek.

Yep, put me down for that

Perhaps combine the two and just have one meet...i'm easy though, if anyone does fancy a pub run on the first weekend then thats cool!

Morning All,

I only just joined PH a few days ago and have been reading through the forums ever since. I posted yesterday on an old thread, having found mention of Horsham in one of the forums.

Derekg500 kindly emailed me last night to point me at this new thread, so here I am....

The name is Colin - and I am another Horsham resident (Mannings Heath actually) - after having escaped from Portsmouth earlier in the year. My starmist crimson Chim might have been spotted burbling about the locale?

I have certainly waved at a few other seemingly local Tiv owners in passing.

I'd be pleased to join the next get together and like Mrs Cuchillo, we too can do either (or both?) weekends. I certainly fancy Racing Green thou'.

You want to be careful in Mannings Heath, my mum and dad live there, his nick name is DANGER for obvious reasons. He drives a silver passat estate or light blue S type Jag beware!

Well, it looks like a trip to Racing Green is the popular choice.
I'll find out about the West Sussex convoy and see if we can latch on, probobly in Midhurst, if not we can sort out our own route.
For those that don't know, the open day is on the 17th October, and I imagine a mid morning meet in the Carfax should link us up nicely with the others.
This will of coarse mean another noisey disruption for the good folk of Petworth!!
What do we want to do about lunch?
A mid afternoon pub stop on the way home?

Welcome aboard Colin (another chim, just what we need, where are all the Griffs?).

Surely you mean asking Abi & her agreeing?
Or is it just me?

Also good luck Ed at Austec's.

Derek, you are quite correct. I forgot my station for a moment there!

Peter, stater motor was replaced next day. While there have to sort out some other probs and get a service. Went on holiday for 10 days so told them to use it as a hospital job. Thing is now found out the ECU is faulty and waiting for the OK from warranty company. Obviously all a bit more urgent now Im back, getting itchy feet/hands etc for his return.

Mind, seeing the weather, its probably safer left where it is.
