OK, Mike says he may be able to get me up and running for the weekend using the dodgy ECU (bailer twine & gaffer tape?) so still a chance I can join you for at least a run out if not all the way to RG

Mark Adams (my new top bloke & wannabe best mate, in a mad stalker kind of way) will get an ECU to Austec to be fitted next week, then I'm fully sorted

Just in time to put him away for the winter

PS Mark, if your watching, make it a 'special' one please

Are my services still required in respect of your warranty rep?!

Met Mark Adams at Austec - he certainly knows his stuff!

Only if you now do assasinations by request!

And Mark told Mike I was the 'nice' chap on PH who said 'nice' things about Austec, now I sound like an rr's (see, selling myself for a discount...again)

Erm, not sure - got the car mid July, not often up H Heath way, but could have been! The memory isn't what it used to be ...

Excellent news!!
Both Ed and Nick look like they're gonna make it.
The weather also looks more promising, so its tops down for another "spirited" drive.
Any more takers?

Come on......you know you want to.

Have all you Horsham folk survived your "mini-tornado" then?

Will there still be a market sq to meet in?

It wasn't that bad. At 5:45am it was absolutely hammering it down but by 8:15 the sun was out. The weather is well freaky in these parts! I used to think that Portsmouth had it's own micro-climate but Horsham takes the biscuit.

Just spotted a white Griff at the top of North Heath Lane - I haven't seen that around before - anyone else seen it or knows whose it is?

Re. Sunday lunch at The Fox Inn as previously muted... it's a no-go I'm afraid. Much too popular a venue to try and book this close to the day.
