So is there any news????

It was late 2004 as well, so the Cerb was long gone.
To be fair though the Sagaris wasn't in production when NS bought the company and the 'vert was introduced under his stewardship as well wasn't it?
All irrelevant really as we all know now the PW had more or less run the company into the ground and he managed to offload it to the Russian for much more than it was worth AND come up smelling of roses.

Two? 1) Boss Cerbera, 2005 2) 'The Last Cerbera', 2006 ...?
Maybe - it was a slightly flippant point though. More to the point is that the range was very limited. Throughout most of the PRW era TVR had at least two chassis and two engines. The range above without the Cerb is one engine with one chassis; a classic all your eggs in one basket and when the S6 one broke...TA14 said:

PW had already done for that himself by falling out with Melling and dropping the AJP more or less out of spite (so Melling didn't get royalties) from what I can see. Another nail hammered in the coffin of TVR from the inside...TA14 said:
Yes, that was my point; the range was not 'as strong as it ever was' when NS took over, by quite a way.
Cerb was originally sold with S6 and they could have carried on selling it had there been demand. The Cerbie was dropped becuase it wasn't selling. When I bought my first Tuscan in Jan 03 there was a stonkingly pretty 4.2 Cerb in the showroom with a discount. It sat there for a while. It's like the Griff, people were saying bring it back but they couldn't sell it towards the end of it's life. Sure, people will buy them for 20 grand but new ones for 60? Nope.I still contend that the final line up of Saggy, T350, Tamora, Tuscan 2 and Tuscan 2 vert was easily the strongest line up they ever had. It had something for everyone and the cars were bloody good.

I always thought the Cerb started with the AJPV8 (4.2 then the disappointing 4.5) and then a S6 near the end of production?
Yes, they built the longer wheel-based Cerbera to take the AJP as the Griffith, which was supposed to get the AJP first, was too twitchy in testing.V8 GRF said:

TVR have bought the rights to the Daihatsu Copen platform. Intersting to see what they do with that!
