Waiting for them to open and fettle with Tamy.

Coughed and sputtered her way here through London this morning. Saw a nice Cerbera at Hyde Park Corner.

You have a mobile signal good enough for data outside STR8Six, I never do.

They will be along in an hour or so.

Pretty good signal too. Managed to stream some tv whilst waiting. The guy who opens up turned up quick enough. Gave me nice cup of coffee whilst I looked over the TVR 'stock'.

Got a gander at their race car back from testing at Silverstone.

Tamy was duly taken off by on of the Techs who promptly declared her to be running a bit rough. Then on with the checks and service.

Before being shooed out of the garage by Jason I was able to gleam that the engine mounts were borked, the throttle sensors were off and there's some rust starting on the chassis.

Nice walk in the sun, bit of surfing on the tablet and a steak lunch in the local pub. I'll head back in half an hour to see how the card will be pounded.

So, one of the throttle bodies was loose and things were generally out of whack.

Things whacked back into position and she's running beautifully.

Long list of other faults - 43 in all - that I'll attend to systematically.

Thanked the Tech, paid the bill, shock hands, final look at the [massive] Red Kytes, dropped the roof and stormed back to London down the M40.

Hanger Lane Tunnel got the 2nd gear max revs treatment.

Never missed a beat. Silky smooth and a delight to drive.

Top job Str8six.
