First time I've looked at it for a long while, looks promising and very professional. Here's hoping!

You can subscribe to updates, which I've done, so it will be interesting to hear of progress?

Good luck to them. I'm looking forward to seeing the results of their labours

They certainly "talk the talk", lets hope they can "walk the walk"

not that it will change my life radically anything they do come up with will, I strongly suspect, be way out of my price range!

They seem very quick to state that the name TVR POWER belongs to them . You would have thought they would have more pressing issues ... I wonder if there's a reason behind it ?

If I were running a TVR related business at the moment I'd be slightly worried by;

TVR Automotive Limited owns common-law rights as well as registered trademarks, service marks, domain names and trade dress protected by Intellectual Property Laws in the United States, the European Union countries and other international countries. TVR Automotive Limited’s trademarks, names, logos and trade dress include, but are not limited to the following: the WORD “TVR”; the LOGO and variations thereof; and the WORD “TVR POWER”. These marks, names, logos and trade dress may change from time to time.

The use or misuse of these trademarks/service marks or any other content or materials, except as permitted by written consent of TVR Automotive Limited, is expressly prohibited and may be in violation of Intellectual Property Laws and/or other relevant laws.

Please be advised that TVR Automotive Limited actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Remember what happened with BMW and "MINI"

I suspect that statement has come largely due to the italian chap who was trying to claim the name...They do need to tread carefully though as it mainly the TVR Indys and race teams ect that have kept the marque visible... so need to strike a balance between protecting trademarks and not pissing everyone off

I agree Graham, but think they're just sticking a stake in the ground to prevent the usual 'chancers' that will come along trying to make a buck out of a revived TVR with unlicenced products like T shirts etc.
