Hopefully the collective wisdom of the RV8 modifiers will bring some useful info for me here ..
I'm trying to find the normal hp achieved by 4.6 and 5.0 engines built to this spec or something very similar. I'm not interested in other engines right now .. I need to find out what the expected hp graphs are for the RV8 in both 4.6 and 5.0 in the following spec :

heads to std tvr 5 litre spec and valve sizes, possibly bulleted guides but essentially TVR big valve spec.
10:1 compression or something very close
Fully ported inlet manifold, shortened 45mm proper trumpets
exhaust manifolds matched to heads (not sure how much that affects things but might as well have it)
Precats taken out
Stealth cam
Lucas ecu and 5am air flow meter

it's a pretty standard upgrade path but i don't have any dyno graphs of my own to look at and I need to see what other people have got from this spec .. so hopefully you guys can help out here

many thanks !

Alex must have written that engine spec for you, it's absolutely spot on with my 500 .

Ok, I'm in, when and where? smile

Or do you just want a copy of a dyno graph

I Just need to see a dyno graph from a known dyno .. trying to build a picture of how the mods change the graph shape and power when applied to a 4.6 and a 5.0 so looking for as many graphs of cars with these mods as possible to build up a picture .. cheers!

The graphs on my profile were for my original 5.0 engine after a refresh with mc1 cam.
otherwise totally stock factory engine which came with ported and gas flowed heads and inlet manifold, it also had 47mm (not 45mm) trumpets & cr was at least 10.5:1. smooth bore elbow was the only aftermarket addition at the time and precats removed.

You are welcome to a copy of mine, and the spec that goes with it. Cats out, stealth cam, Clive Y, 10:1 CR, ported heads etc
I will email you via PH, you reply and I can attach the graphs and spec to my reply.

With an extra 400cc a good big one will/should always beat a good little one. (Not so little) Dyno graph for the 5L should show more torque.
