I'll be there, but I sold the TVR a few months ago so I'll be in the Jeep .

Hansgerd, I think Shorty will have your shirt at the track rather than send it to you.

Is mine being posted or shall I pick it up from the circuit as well?

All UK orders are being dispatched to the UK. Hopefully you should receive them tomorrow.

Excellent news, Ted. I'll be at Spa tomorrow morning to pick it up, didn't make it today. The plan is to post you some pictures on Friday morning of tomorrow's free practice session and the night qualifying.

Nice one. Thanks Hansgerd.

I'm going to be at the Nurburgring most of the weekend so if anyone from Spa has the chance to get onto PH, please let the other Gassers know what's going on!

Hopefully should have full reports on Monday.

Travelling over this PM/evening with Mole & Sprog in Uberpanzer, should be there in time for dark/wet practice.

The team are parked in the F1 garages up at the La Source hairpin.....which is nice....if you need to collect anything.

Camper Man and I are on the 6am ferry from Dover tomorrow which means leaving home at 4am (I assume that time does exist, never seen it myself before!).
Should get to SPA around lunchtime when we'll start to try and find a campsite that isn't full (hopefully Blanchimont, as recommended by Hansgerd).

Hansgerd - How are you going to send the pictures back? Someone local with an internet connection?

Allegedly, Shorty has his lappy with the built-in modem with it - if it's modern enough to have a USB port, I'll get some piccies sent over as well

Just back from the morning session. They had problems with the car but it's ok now. The Veryplast Cerbera managed a 2nd place in the national GT class and 23rd overall. My car is now loaded with pie and I am just about to get back to Spa for the afternoon session.

Short update: Braking troubles during afternoon testing and no cure until first evening qualifying. But still a 02:28+ which secures the 2nd place in the national GT class. I missed the night qualifying but will be there in time tomorrow. So far it looks not too bad.

More news from the track, Dominiek is smiling and the team seems confident. During the night qualifying they put the car on first place in class and 25th overall. Despite the fast time the FIA didn't allow them to compete in the super pole qualifying. So, the Cerbera didn't turn a wheel today. Tomorrow, the BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari 550 will start from pole. At the moment it's clowdy with light rain and the forecast says it partly clowdy and sunny over the weekend.
