Cat problems on TVRs?

Does anyone know of any catalyst problems on TVRs?

Also, is anyone offering high flow cats as an aftermarket replacement?

I've heard of Cats being destroyed by fuelling problems such as can be caused by problem air flow meters. However, I have not heard of any problems caused directly by the Cats themselves.
As for the efficiency of the original TVR Cats I believe that they already provide very good flow characteristics. Apart from the sound, the main reason some go down the de-cat route being the changes that can then be made to the fuelling map.
