Are there any tvr breakers in Scotland? I'm looking for a standard cerbera bonnet as the one I have on mine has modified air intakes.

I seem to break mine a lot. I guess that's not what you meant!

Seriously though - there isn't anywhere in Scotland that I know of unfortunately.

TVRGlen may be the nearest and they are in Northumberland so you would need your passport. TVRGlen has mixed reviews.

TET Mouldings do them at £400 new, so unless you can find one that's totally damage-free locally, this may be a better route.

Hope you get sorted.

Can you glass in the modded intakes, flatten back, then get your bonnet resprayed for around the £200 mark

You'll need to add shipping costs to TET prices or collect.

As said, TVR Glen is the closest 'breaker' who's likely to have supply. That said there are others if you're not collecting. Steve Strange and Bell Hill on ebay spring to mind.

I have used TVR Glen for parts (and they were cheaper than the other usual suspects) on a couple of occassions and have no complaints or issues (parts were as described and delivered quickly). It would seem to be the complete cars they sell that cause issue.

You'll have the same shipping costs from TVR Glen. I've also bought from Ashigton perfectly satisfactorily so I'm not anti-breaker, but if he's expensive, buying new shouldn't be dismissed.

True, however the breakers have better shipping rates - I've been sourcing a new bonnet recently and TET were a lot more expensive.

That said, it wasn't the reason for nor ordering from them. They didn't do the version I was after plus I would be modifying it upon receipt.

There is also Fibreon to check with for a new bonnet.

I know he has made a few so it might not be as bad as you think.
