Rattle from clutch area
Discussion
The car has been in storage for a couple of years and while it has been fired up and moved over this period, it hasn't been by me.
I was moving the car today and was reminded of a noise that I had noticed ahead of storing it.
Long short it is a metallic multi point rattle from the front of the gearbox near the clutch when idling and out of gear. As soon as I depress the clutch pedal it goes.
It's one of those noise that it would be good to work out what it is.

Does the Tyohon still use the same T5 and slave cylinder arrangement.
Good question. It's a high torque box, we fitted it new as the original sequential box had been scrapped. I don't recall what it is. I know the clutch is a double plate unit and I think that is Racing Green's in house solution. Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
