3M Imperial Hand Glaze
Discussion
Can anyone advise a good place (mail order), that I can order 3M Imperial Hand Glaze from? I have been steadily de-stone chipping my Griff (a slow process), and many websites I have seen on the subject refer to the 3M glaze as a good bodywork sealent, and I thought I would give it ago if I could find it. If not I will stick to the AutoGlym stuff.

I put some Zymol Titanium Wax on my Tamora recently and was very impressed with the results.
The precleaner, (HD-Cleanse), was hard work, but applying the wax itself was easy, (you use the palm of your hand rather than a cloth!).
When I washed the car the following week, 90% of the bugs and dirt rinsed away before I'd even put the sponge on the car.
Expensive, but works well, (and smells good too!).

I just wanted the glaze to "finish" the body work, prior to waxing, as from what I have read it is good at "hiding" swirl marks.

Oh, ok.
I have tried Zymol to get rid of swirl marks, and it does the job pretty well. I agree with Rob. And yes, my car/garage never smelt so good

Hi all,
I use platinum protection on mine which is the stuff which car dealers apply to new cars and then charge £200 - £500 for the privellidge.
Makes car easier to wash and needs no waxing etc etc. A bit like scotchguard
I bought mine through a contact in the trade for around £30 a bottle. I've done my last 4 cars with that 1 kit
