Ooh, that's interesting. Just down the road & I've got a bunch of work to get done. Don't suppose he's got a rolling road ?

Jamie & Woody came along to the Hants TVRCC meet in November.
Seemed very friendly - they had offered bacon rolls earlier in the day, but couldn't make that :-(.

Re: the rolling road, I understand that they would have to use the facilities at "Surrey Rolling Road"....I did ask the question.

Its great that these guys are setting up and offering servicing in the mid-Hants area. I wish them well.

Thanks, I'll need to get in touch. Yes, great to see someone set up in this area - they need to be supported.

I have been on this forum for many years but I raely post.

Today I dropped my TVR Chimaera off at TVR101

Several fantastic phone calls with Jamie and Woody and now they have my car for a service etc.

I have never been happier leaving my car with a garage.

They have great facilities and I wish them the best of success with this new business - they have a refreshing approach to customers.

I would also like to thank them for sorting out car storgae for my little pleasures whilst I move.

Truley best customer service I have had and I look forward to working with these guys for many years!!!!!!!

Jamie, Woody - THANK YOU

Totally agree. My Cerb was there only recently for the Carl Baker treatment, whilst it was there Woody gave it a thorough lookover, fixed a bunch of niggles, and got it through its MOT.

I finally have a drivers window that works, a functioning handbrake, and thanks to Carl, a alarm that shouldn't decide to randomly keep me hostage locked in the car.

I'm confident that if you check with Carl, he will confirm that he couldn't have sorted your car without my unique ability to not only spot when a red led test light was on but to also simultaneously call out 'on'.

I spent a good half hour staring into the boot of your car acting as Carl's test light monkey while Woody and Jamie were fitting harnesses to my rear seats.

Then you sir, are a legend. Your ability to recognise an illumination of an LED has changed my life for the better.

No longer do I fear getting trapped inside a powerless Cerbera, no longer must I carry a screw driver with me wherever I go, and no longer do I have cold sweats about my emergency exit pulls coming away in my hands. (Well, maybe still the last one).

I hope Carl looked after you suitably in tea/coffee. You are a credit to the community (you too Carl Baker!). ;-)

Finding my true calling in life was reward enough. Must admit I'm having issues finding 'red light' work during normal working hours. biggrin

For what it's worth, if I'm ever likely to be wondering through regions with a high risk of potential snipers, I'll be taking you with me.

My car was there too the week before last for Carl to sort out my alarm. A previous owner had the meta alarm removed and a Cobra alarm fitted. The immobiliser did not work and the remote key fobs were very unreliable to either lock or unlock the car.
When Carl replaced it with a new Meta system he found the immobiliser had been bypassed with just twisted wires.
It's all sorted now.

Anyway whilst it was at TVR101 Woody and Jamie gave the car a good look over as I had a couple of problems with it. I spoke to them and they answered all of my queries and cleared up the problems I had plus a couple of others that they found.
All sorted now and I couldn't fault the service that they provided and I will definitely be going there again in the future.

Thanks to Woody and Jamie

Well can see TVR101 going from strength to strength. Saw this today and can only see it as a good thing for owners in the local area.

" TVR101 in Bentley and GT101 in Colchester are proud to announce that we have teamed up with Powers Performance in Coventry to create 3 centre's across the South of England offering service, maintenance and parts.
Engine and gearbox rebuilds will be carried out at Powers Performance premises in Coventry. "

With everything all cloak and dagger with the Racing Green situation can see TVR101 as a great replacement.

Well don't Woody and Jamie cool
