Couldn't find it.....

About 6 (blimey, that long!!!) weeks ago, I was driving up the M6 back from MK when I saw the sign posts for Blackpool. The lure of the Tower, the chips, Oh, and the Factory just proved too much for me and I found myself sitting on the shore front! Now, I then proceded to spend 3 hours driving round Blackpooli search of the factory. Could I find it, could I Fk!

I drove in from the M6 down the motorway, came to a roundabout and turned left to take me past the Airport and the Pleasure Beach. Can someone please tell me where it is from that direction so I can find it next time.

It's much closer to the Zoo than the Pleasure Beach.

Not sure if that's significant..... But that's the way it is......

I think there is a junction just after the airport, sort of a 'V'. Right to the pleasure beach etc and left to the Zoo (and pontins if my memory of 12 years ago serves me correctly!) Anyone?

go down past stanley park on your left, pass the zoo on your right .. keep going and turn right into bristol avenue after the swimming baths (i think!!!) on the right .. not far past the zoo, maybe a mile or so.
if my memory serves me right that is ...
