Jct 6 to Wapses Lodge R/b in 1 min 57 - my all time record.

Difficult to beat now 'cos there's traffic lights half way up.

Alright...i thought id better not share this...as..

....some people would defin. frown
....very dangerous
....have grown up since...

....but then i thought...what the fk..

Coming back from Leeds to Leicester via M1 one sunday morning...managed the 98miles in 40mins....

.......on a Honda Fireblade (stage4 dynojet)

...whilst travelling (must point out...very clear and dry day with nothing on the roads)i felt something on my shoulder..hummmmm...unbelieveably an Audi S3 with 3lads and a mature driver had decided to race...

......relief for it not being the Police....but also a sense of "coooome-on-then"

......i raced and won...as the blade topped at 185mph

.....i know it was wrong and im sorry

I've done Leeds to Scarborough (60 miles) in just under 40 mins on a bike, but 100 miles is pretty impressive.

Don't tend to rise to the bait with anything unless it's in the Supercar bracket but did show a very clean set of heals to a t**t is a Griff that wanted to drive up the exhaust pipes of my 996TT. I don't think so .

I on Osbourne Road quite a lot! Osbourne's or SPY are my haunts! There are a few Tivs. A night fly red Cerbera knocks around a fair bit, and a few Chimaera's! Soon though, if you venture back, you will see me in my Orange Cerbera blasting around!

Very stupid but well....that's me all over...

On the way back from Fernies and the car was tip top....with Topdog in his souped up 4.2 and me in the 4.5.....saw a 360 convertible and I don't know what came over us but we undertook him and both floored it....all I remember was seeing 170 on the speedo and thinking 'bugger me this is stupid'...we obviously all did as we all pulled out of the fast lane waves and smiles everywhere and the 360 turned off.....although he did look a little pissed....waste of £130k really..looked lovely sounded cute but effectively was blasted away and drowned out by the two rumbling rottweilers.....hehehehehe

Yes it is Bilabong! Your right about it being full of old people! I always end up with someone when I'm in there! Still the rest of the bars are usually good for

Yesterday evening travelling back to Aalsmeer from Zandfoort on the N210 (called the Kruisweg !! How cool?) had a very nicely kept E-Type V12 pull alongside at the lights driven by an older guy (that's saying something - see Average Age thread). The V12 definitely needs sports exhausts - when he floored it all I could hear was my tickover. I just didn't have the heart to join in - it must cost a fortunue to rebuild one of those things - especially in NL.

Can remember a couple of months ago I was driving along at about 65 (national speed limit road) and there was a driver a good distance behind me doing about the same. Behind this bloke was a cavalier right on his backside, pulling out every couple of seconds in a futile attempt to overtake. As we came to a set of traffic lights (dual lane and a 40mph zone) the cavalier promptly overtook the guy behind me and pulled up to the right of me.

He began revving up and edging forward obviously laying down a challenge - now normally I wouldn't bother but this time felt this bloke needed teaching a lesson. I pulled away at the lights well ahead of him up to about 45-50. But the cavalier driver was not best pleased, he overtook and slammed on the brakes - we must have been doing about 20-25mph.

Well that was it , I just bided my time and waited for a clear stretch of road and then floored it. I reached the limiter in 3rd and never saw him again.

In hindsight, a bit of a foolish thing to do but was satisfying at the time .

I actually had a debate in a car park with some of the MAX Tosser brigade who were ogling the 390. Needless to say they were all for a race, but at least they listened to reason when I pointed out that I had a 15 year old car with a 40 year old engine that I'm still running in. Sort of ;-)
I merely suggested that if they cared to find an equivalently-aged Peugeot engine, a superannuated Volkswagen lump and a similarly long-in-the tooth Toyota motor, then maybe I'd play ball. But without multitudinus camshafts and closed-loop engine management, and giving away about quarter of a ton to any of them I didn't think it would be a fair comparison.... I think what finally made them disappear was that the teen bimbos they were trying really hard to impress wanted a blast in the 390....!
