If it were me I would be a bit sceptical, but would phone them and arrange to visit their workshops and get a feel for them before either opening or closing the cheque book.......... done this when I had my engine rebuilt, as the offer was half the price of what my regular garage had quoted..... went with half price bargain engine rebuild, and switched garages.
