Anyone know what the availability of this part is like? It's not coming up on the new TVR parts web search and general web searches are also drawing a blank. Also, if I manage to source some, is it easy to fit yourself? Thanks.

Only available second hand........ and the "s" boys like them as an upgrade to their painted struts

Ah. One of mine is quite tarnished. Wonder if it's possible for them to be refurbed?

Easy to do yourself.

Either start with a green kitchen scouring wipe or 600 grit wet/dry, then use 1200 grit, then polish with Solvol Autsol metal polish...comes up shiny!

You may get a result from several 'goes' with the metal polish - depends on degree of existing tarnish.

They are just polished alloy.
