As said before I'd personally steer clear of cars with such low miles but it's probably worth a look. Clutch/seals indicate that low usage effect. It says it's had a rebuild but you need to see an invoice to see who and what. It's a very early car so will have definitely needed or will still need a rebuild. Suspension will be the early design which was later improved but as said before, it all comes down to setup and this one has been treated to a set of adjustable dampers. £20k is top money for a year 1 build car. Low mileage wouldn't bother me one little bit. Looks well worth a look. Overall the condition looks to back up the blurb.TVR Tuscan 4.0 Speed six Sports Convertible 2 Door Purple 16K

These cars look tatty quickly if not treated carefully and ones in original condition are hard to find. Just make sure that the rebuild is properly documented - ideally you want to see TVR Power or Str8Six on the paperwork.
Going to have a look at this Cerb. Does anyone know it?

I found out a lot about my first Tuscan by trolling through pistonheads, unfortunately after I bought it, although it wasn't to late and added some background information on the issues I had when speaking with the dealer regarding a full refund.
