Calling MrChips... After car still looking shiny not overly driven I did get into ouch with seller raising my concerns over the "10year backing" and with absolutely no hassle what soever a refund was given... I was caught off guard by how quickly they actioned things and left a very polite note that they fully stand by their product and as stated they want customer satisfaction.

Now going on from this I am very impressed with customer service and the product after initial application and even how it still looks however my concerns go towards the 10year life of the product??

But after how its gone I really can't complain.

Now I have my foam application discs and wool buffers to place on my electric wheel Im just waiting for some good weather.
