With TVR reliability you always should have two, on the duty/standby basis. My view is don't sell as interest in TVR will increase due to the launch of the new car and I'm guessing prices for Tuscans may well increase over the next year or two. If you don't need the cash then hold on to it. Just my view.

Wow
Stunning.
Must be worth a good bit north of £40k privately. Do you much prefer the V8S?
Thanks for the comment. Its not that I prefer the S. They are totally different animals. I had a 500 Chimaera before the Tuscan and just missed the V8 rumble and low down torque. I also thought having two TVR's is better than one. Stunning.

With prices rising on tuscans it's an appreciating classic, if you don't need the cash or garage space, and the missis is not giving you ear ache why sell? Unless your hankering for something else, but for the money what can come close to any of the T cars for performance per mile?
If you're lucky your cash will earn you 5%pa, but your Tuscan is appreciating by far more than that even after expenses, so unless you have project that needs that cash it would seem perverse to sell in this market.Hi Graham,
The other half is not pushing the sale and in fact knew nothing about it until yesterday. I really fancied the Vixen that was for sale last week but would need to remove one of the TVR's to make room for it. Any way no concrete plans as yet. How's the Chimaera coming along.
