I'm on a quest to track down an 'Old Flame' a TVR Vixen 2500. A lot of hours/blood/sweat/money and tears (tears mainly from my better half I have to say) went on the car which delayed the saving for our first home, but I won't go down that road today ! Moving on ...

To cut a long story short, for our 25th Anniversary I tried to find the TVR when we first started 'courting'. Now it's approaching the 30th anniversary (no dont reach for that JD) and I am still looking for it.

As a surprise, I thought of trying to track down the car to see what has happened to it and hope it hasn't gone to the TVR in the sky ! I have photo's. The last bit of info I found out was it was last on the road in 1992 in Bristol and he was white.

If you know to which direction to point me towards in trying to find this special piece of our history I would really appreciate your assistance as i haven't the foggiest to where to go from here.

Thank you for taking time to read this.

Can DVLA tell you if it was scrapped or exported or who last owner was?

I spoke to the DVLA and the guy said because it was for a personal search, they would not be able to assistant. So I thought it was a waste of time to complete the V888 form.
Thanks

Thank you for looking.

Im new to all this, so if its not been taxed or MOT since then, could that mean its been exported or sitting in a field somewhere ?

Thank you 5.0ltr, for your assistance. I feared that this maybe the outcome. I have a list of TVR owners around the world so I'll email them as one last attempt.

Once again, thank you
