Maybe they spent all the money on chairs. That's a Ludwig mies van der rohe chair in the pic above, cost over 5k https://www.conranshop.co.uk/barcelona-chair.html
Might be a fake.

Engines: maximum 5.5L NA, or 4L FI.
Doesn't really seem fair. A 4L FI engine these days is way more powerful than an NA 5.5L ever could be. Are there other restrictions? As it stands it would be a non starter trying to be competitive with an NA engine given the allowed FI option.
yes, I'd thought that.. but I'm sure they are aware of it, so interesting to see what plans are? Doesn't really seem fair. 1245 kg (weight of the car without driver, fuel or fluids on board). The Endurance Committee reserves the right to adjust the minimum weight of any car in order to maintain the Balance of Performance between the cars."
They will add ballast.
Best regards,

Actually slightly unlikely, the WEC/ACO BOP regs are a lot more subtle than that, fuel flow, air restrictors and fuel tank size all have a much more noticeable impact on performance, depending upon the chassis, engine type and engine placement. There's been a brilliant article by Graham Goodwin on Daily Sports car about it in the last few days.Adding weight can actually be almost pointless.

October Evo Magazine has 12 pages on TVR....
Leads with:
"TVR is on its way back. Over the following 12 pages is everything we've learned so far about its new sports car,and trust us there's plenty to get excited about"
Nice work by EVO on the new TVR and details behind the scenes..Leads with:

Looks like Gordon Murrey almost walked away from the project when they started talking of Carbon launch editions ..
Interesting TVR time line - just a shame they got the SEAC details wrong but nice to see a picture of my 450 SEAC when it was green
Couldn't see a thread on this so thought I'd add it here. It seems they've made an offer on factory premises in Ebbw vale http://www.walesonline.co.uk/business/business-new...
