Trackday - Snetterton 14th June
Discussion
Looking forward to Snetterton, so long as the weather and car behaves. Giving the car a check over before filling up wth V Power found I had no brake lights and wipers didn't park. No problem just change the 20amp fuse - but no spares. Thank goodness Halfords stay open until 5pm on a Sunday.
With the latest weather forecast, it looks like I'll be needing the wipers on Tuesday.

Great day. A few spots of rain that soon burned off. Two red flags. And some sun. Managed about 3 hours on track in total. Took some photos and will write a little article for Sprint. Tamy was great as were the tyres.
Fastest runner and rider goes to Mr Poxon I think.
Will check the pics tomorrow and post up a few if they are worthy.
July trackday thread to follow in the General Stuff forum.

Thank you very much for organising Stewart, much appreciated. Another great track day and despite the bad weather forcast stayed mainly dry.
Sprint article would be a great shout, might encourage some others to join us since the TVRCC do not seem to want to organise track days anymore. Ping me a PM if you would like a hand with it, I didn't take any pictures myself but I might be able to dig out some screen grabs from the video footage with other TVRs in shot if that would be of any use.
The last session I finally found my grove and after many silly mistakes on previous laps I finally managed to piece together a semi decent run clear of any traffic. Got a lap time of 02:24.66 with an average speed of 73.8MPH which considering my ham fists I was pleased with, video below:

Hi Matt, what are the red bits on the picture?
Hi Graham, the red, amber and green on the diagram are a graphical representation of the cornering G-Forces. Red is anything +1G I believe. You can see the G-Meter in action on the video:
