Bobby Shaftoe (ben) anyone in contact ??

Does anyone here have contact with Bobby Shaftoe (Ben) off here? He has a pair of my heads that he's fitted guides to and cut seats on and flow tested .. but he's had the heads, and the money for "quite a long time" and I can't raise him by text, phone or emails ...
if anyone is in contact with him can you tell him to pull his finger out !!
