Wiring Diagrams?

Has anyone managed to find a wiring diagram that is actually correct for their car?
My car (Rob) is in bits and I'm trying to correct/remove all the bodges and 'paper clip' shorts that have been included in the wiring over its lifetime. I was also hoping it would help in the future when trying to resolve wiring issues on customer cars but there seems to be so many variations I think I'm fighting a loosing battle, again.
I'm starting to draw up a diagram but if anyone has any diagrams I could have it would be a starting point. I have the 'rV8r'diagram and one that is pages 134 & 135 from a book but neither of them are 'correct' for me. These circuits don't mention things like the fuel pump and ECU supply relays, immobiliser or the dash wiring so some quite important bits missing.
Anything you have would help.
