Trackday in July
Discussion
Who's up for a trackday in July?
Few to choose from;
Javelin have a day at Cadwell on the 8th http://www.javelintrackdays.co.uk/trackday/index.p...
MSV have a few.
18th at Cadwell http://www.msvtrackdays.com/car/calendar/2016/july...
18th at Brands http://www.msvtrackdays.com/car/calendar/2016/july...
20th at Brands http://www.msvtrackdays.com/car/calendar/2016/july...
I'm happy with any of them but place votes below. Lines close this Sunday 19th.

Thanks for taking the initiative again Stewart.
£245 for Brands I remember when it was rare to pay over £100 for a track day. I might be able to save enough pocket money together
I will let you know on the July dates as the Griff is currently refusing to start, will hopefully know what is wrong with it later today

Sorry to here that Mat. Hope its an easy fix.
DPB, probably not however, MSV are pretty helpful. If you attend one of their circuits during any trackday and they will sound test it for you. Readings vary but should be a decent starting point. I would suggest that if you are 103 or above then invest in a set of trackday cans.

Anybody know if Chimaera 500 full decat with standard box and Tornado Chip will be within 105db?
My 500 is fully decatted with standard box, has V8D stage IV heads ACT triple and 10.6 to 1 compression ratio so it's fairly noisy but still comes in just under 105 at 4k rpm.... not sure it would pass the fly by noise test though it screams like a banshee over 4k with WOT ChilliWhizz said:

So I might just squeeze in then. Might see if I can borrow some cans from someone just in case.
