A friend of mine is finally getting round to restring his Griff 500 that burnt it's wiring harness out a long time ago. Can he buy a harness somewhere or is there a nice person that can make one up for him?

Spotted this the other day following one of Qbee's posts. Not sure if this is tdi or v8 loom but looks like a Lucas ecu plug? Might be worth checking with supplier?

Our popular breaker in the north west will certainly have one. I have a spare front half if he wants to borrow/copy it. One our TVr members on hear has recently started building them but unfortunately I can't find his posts.

how much of the harness does he need? The parts that relate to the ECU/engine bay will be available from anyone who has converted to an MBE or similar system

John Eales does a nice simple replacement which gets rid of a lot of the unneeded Land Rover loom:
