Im ready to buy and being so impatient that Im considering getting a 12c for the short term. Seems to be a real lack of cars!

I know that it won't be as fun to drive or emotive. Has anyone owned or driven/owned both and can talk some sense into me?

12c is faster, more modern tech, better gearbox, more theatre with the doors, less mainstream switch gear...

560 - better known badge, 'better' engine...

Have an extended drive in a 12c - the dull to drive is a bit of false story....

Be patient.... as summer ends cars will come on the market very soon....

Only supercar I wanted was a lamborghini... couldn't care if there was a better, faster, smoother, louder mofo out there... it wouldn't have made !e feel inside like I do now with my ageing dinosaur gallardo

Had a Audi dual clutch gearbox in holiday car and courtesy car last week...

Super smooth, totally unnoticeable, seamless.... but f me soooooo boring... hated both cars....

mine works fine biggrin

I've had a few modern high end Audis and love the interiors & controls etc
The two recent Gallardo's I've been in have had switch gear from at least one (if not two) previous generation old Audis...

saying all that ..would seriously consider swapping my 12c sypder for 570 SL (ideally in green or black)

Yes I really should be.

Hard to be when I have money burning whole in my pocket and I want a car for the remainder of summer.

Have been contacted about a low mileage Performante which I will view, going to drive another 12c more extensively too.

Check out the review of my Performante at http://motor-stars.com/2016/08/issue-thirty-one/

Well worth a read and I hope I have one of the best Performantes in the UK!
