I did my first sprint event yesterday at Woodbridge, when I arrived I was pleased to see another TVR there a certain engineer who is well known on here for his orange creations, it was a first for both of us, if you have never done a sprint I can definitely recommend it, the regulars were very welcoming and it's strangely addictive trying to beat your previous time, the event was organised by Javelin you get two sighting laps two practice laps and eight timmed laps, there is no need for any special kit if you do track days you can do these, we are doing snetterton on the 16th October if anyone would like to join us you would be more than welcome.

I started the day with a 203.41 which didn't count because I clipped a bollard and finished with a 200.55 which put me 29th out of 38 which I was more than happy with, I was a bit quicker than a few cars in the class above but to put my time into perspective the fastest time of the day was done by a caterham 144.41, if you do decide to come Peter I think we have two garages booked so there should be plenty of room.
