Hi All,
I just attempted to read my MBE ECU but realised the one end of the computer cable did not fit the ECU connector.
However, whilst the lid was off I noticed a label on a "chip" stating "06 Whirlwind".
Anybody have any ideas?

Can't help with the map chip.
However, this cable should fit the RS232 port on the ecu.

Do you have a 4.5 with short induction pipes? If so that'd explain the Whirlwind chip.

Thanks fellas, always nice to find little surprises!
Yes, I do have a short induction kit in black so I'm presuming a little quicker than usual if all is running well?
I seem to have a mega amount of "pops and bangs" on the over run when she is thoroughly warmed up which is amusing down the High Street! Does the shorter induction kit facilitate this?
