Puma Workshop Manual

Morning all,
I've just jumped over here from TVR, so I'm starting from scratch on the finding things out front. is there such a thing as a workshop manual for the Puma engined Defender? Mine is a 2007 2.4 double cab. I thought about getting a generic Defender manual, but am holding off just in case there's a real one. Also any thoughts on replacement steering wheels? I am looking at the Britpart 3 spoke sports wheel, rather than the fancy Momo jobs, although they are very nice.
