Could the TVR Car Club shop stock them if the two parties talked about putting together an 'arrangement''? Would then be abled to be ordered online.

If the Rugby Club is being run by volunteers and the clubs shirts are theirs so to speak, someone in the Welsh Tvr fraternity should be down there meeting up and organising a deal. I'm sure the club could do with the money. There's got to be thousands of Tvr supporters out there just waiting to see these images smile
Regardless of If and when a car comes to the Market this is the nearest we're getting to an updated Tvr and a cool shirt it is too. smile
Seems almost Implausible this hasn't already been thought through to me, I suppose it's the last of Tvr worries right now and the Rugby club directors probably barely understand the potential.

Yes the Tvrcc should surely offer these shirts and should be reminding the Rugby club of the gold mine on their small hands. A few grand makes a difference to these struggling sports clubs. scratchchin

Tried to find a picture but nothing. Any ideas if the away shirts are sponsored by TVR? Not keen on the red element of the home shirt.

Likewise, I could only find the 2015/16 away strip with Circuit of Wales as main sponsor.
Yesterday Alan sent me this email, I'm sure he won't mind me reposting it here:

"Richard,
We did try to have a mail order system of sorts but it didn't work well so this season we didn't do it for that reason and because we had no images to put on the merchandise section of the website.
That said I have supplied a number of shirts by post so it works to an extent. I'll have a look at the stock on Thursday and let you know if we have shirt in your size. They are £49 each and £5 for postage etc.
I'm not at all worried about the motives of TVR owners buying our shirts. It's good for us have the name visible arount the country as well as the income being welcome (obviously).
I'll get back to you on Friday after the stock check
Alan"

I will ask him about away strips when he replies.
Or email him direct as per his earlier invitation:
"I'm Alan Gall the company secretary of Steelmen Rugby Limited the company that runs Ebbw Vale RFC. If you email details to me via www.ebbwvalerfc.co.uk I can arrange to get a shirt, or anything else posted to you."

Hello,
It's Alan Gall again. I couldn't check the stock yesterday as the person with the keys was ice bound. The weather in Ebbw Vale can be a bit extreme.

I'll do this in the next couple of days but in the meantime here's a picture of the purple away shirt, I found the link a bit difficult and I didn't use the portion before http but I expect you know all about this.

Hello,
Alan Gall again the email address to use is companysecretary@evrfc.co.uk alternatively go to the website and use the contct us tab to email me.

A couple of points from earlier posts :-
i) we are looking at linking with either or both of the TVR car club and TVR cars for them to sell the shirts via their websites

ii) we are a rugby club as pointed out but the shop keeper lives at the top of a hill that was covered in black ice (I didn't take offence in fact I though it was quite amusing) however our players were training but away from the ground as it was frozen

iii) as the demand from TVR owners has taken us by surprise, and a pleasant surprise it is, we'll be placing another order with our suppliers and as soon as we have a delivery date I'll let you know

iv) I see my image of the purple away shirt did load OK so now there is an image of both home (red white and green) and the away (purple) so can I ask that any enquiries/orders state which shirt is required

We hope to arrange with the Rugby Club to do just that, they will go well with the new line of the official TVR authorised T-Shirts that we announced a couple of days ago.

Hmmmm. A gaggle of atypical TVR owners all wearing figure hugging modern rugger tops. Going to make it difficult to keep the burger down at the next big meet. biggrin
