Out of interest, what sort of cost are you looking at for manifold coating.

Camcoat Cerra-chrome - no problems with it at all.

look great AMTony, so which rating did you go for the cam2 or the full price cam4?

Not sure tbh. Bought it from Mohitos and he didnt skimp on anything so assume it was the more expensive one?

That does look very good. May I ask how long since you have had them coated?

So, you say £475 + £35 on Shipping on Camcoat?

Some one here was saying and talking about Performance 1 Coatings.
What's the difference in price between both in terms of pricing?
Really tempted to go for this.

Although, I visited Zircotec a while ago with a friend who went there to drop off his Evo manifold to be coated and I really loved their plasma-coating. And, as they've explained us, if the issue is heat, then that's the option to go for. As the ceramic is melted and then projected to the metal with a plasma-gun.
They've showed some parts and they work for F1 and some brands like Lamborghini and Ducati (they ones they could say).
If it was that bad, these brands wouldn't use them, I guess. And they've guaranteed my friend that the colours would stand up to 900°C. Above those temperatures, the colours could fade, but the white coating underneath would maintain, still reducing the heat - which is their goal, and not so much for the aesthetics. (I had this question lined up to ask them...)

But, as good as it is, it has a price to pay, that I don't have. So I will have to go down the other route...
If anyone can let me know the price difference...
