No, but I had to find one for my 350i a few years back. I think I used a classic mini one similar to the one below, but this one looks about right:

This is a Mini one:

or there's the TR7 one?

Or Mk 2 Escort?

Thanks for the links. None of them are quite the same as mine though. It would be nice to match them but beggars can't be choosers.

Thanks again thumbup

I think I got two Mini ones and fitted them so I had a matching set. Cheers.

Have a look at Landrovers .... Mk1 Disco might be a good match.

Or even Cortina mk 4 ones (rear courtesy), but I think they have a switch in them.... not sure.

I gave up fannying about with locating 'original' bits like that years ago and just found some random ones from a scrappy, I think they were from a VW and have switches. Those in the boot are the same now as well, much brighter than the yellowed opaque crappy things that the factory fitted and which had gone brittle with age.
Also rewired my boot lamps so they come on only when the boot is opened, not simply as long as the sidelights are on (even with the lid shut FFS rolleyes).
I'm all for originality but (a)really, does it matter? and (b) I'd rather be able to see what I'm doing by the light that was put there for that purpose.
Speaking of which, early Tasmins had footwell lights that were more use than the B-post/ parcel shelf ones, especially when you drop your keys down there in the dark...

Thanks for all your suggestions. I bought these of eBay earlier...

They are BMW foot well lights. Hopefully they will be about the same size as the original one, but I'm sure I'll be able to make them fit.

Out of interest, I have lights under the dash on either side illuminating the foot wells and a single 'B' post light on the driver's side. Under the trim panel on the passenger 'B' post there is wiring for another light so I'll be fitting one there as well. I'll probably modify the trim panels so that these can be mounted vertically as I think they will look better like that.

Thanks again for all the ideas.

The BMW lights compared to the original (bottom right)...

Almost exactly the same length but a bit narrower. Should be an easy mod and only a few quid.

I think they look OK. Or at least they will once I've trimmed the 'B' post panel.

Plus an added touch which TVR couldn't be bothered with...

Now should the 'B' post panel be trimmed in black vinyl or roof-lining material? Opinions please.
