An investment does not make you a debtor or creditor, a loan to the business makes you a creditor. Where an exchange of cash for shares takes place you are an investor (in general terms).

Classic Parade Ltd was incorporated last year with one director and hasn't yet had to file any accounts, but clearly the same person behind it has traded in the same sector prior to that.

They say a lot of things. If you book it they will probably tell you its reserved for the date you want it then 24 hours before they will say the car is unavailable and you can rent a Ferrari or something. Check the reviews in the link posted by LucyP above. Eye opening.
