No apologies for reposting these...
Here's what must have been the Vixen demonstrator outside Hoo Hill in 1970. That's me in the Ventora.
And here's Mum having a crafty peek inside.
Then it was off to Squire's Gate for the obligatory photo in front of the Lancaster.
Dad must have been impressed, because he bought this Tuscan, which was the very first TVR to be delivered from the new Bristol Ave factory on 04.01.1971.
Happy Days...

I am looking for contact details of anyone who worked at TVR in 1955
(I know its along time ago but you never know your luck)
A Rochdale-bodied TVR chassis awaits completion inside the Beverly Grove workshops.
Or anyone who knows about this car?
Or knows or knew Mr Bob Hallett.
Please PM me.
Kind regards, Tony.

Other than the rather ungainly grill plonked on the nose the shell is obviously a fibreglass copy of an Aston Martin DB3S. (I know its along time ago but you never know your luck)

What's going to happen to the place . . . What's PW going to do with it?
I wouldn't be surprised if it was sold for £millions and demolished for housing.....What do you think the chances would be of TVRCC (with PW's permission obviously) holding one last fairwell party there? You know the sort of thing, a few volunteers give it a quick sweep up and then get all the key historical cars back there together, maybe some of the key historical figures: Lilley, Wheeler, etc, and all the fans and enthusiasts. I personally would love it.
