So far, it looks like most Austrian TVR's are based in Vienna. Do the Vienna (Wien) guys meet up?

Not that I know of, but I don't know any other TVR owners in Austria so don't take my word for it.

I'm up for a meet, there are some great places to drive nearby, or I'm happy to travel.

Hi,

I posted a thread on the two German websites that I know of. I asked Austrian TVR owners to come forward. Sadly it was in English due to my rubbish Deutsch.

These two:

www.tvr-forum.de

www.forumromanum.de

Anymore forums we should post on?

Hi,

I just got back from England but I missed the preview event by hours frown

The proposed event were we might try an Austria meet up is at the end of August. It's the sportswagen festival in Velden, Karnten. Details can be found here:

Sportswagen festival

I attended the parade last year at it was a mega mega pose. I was the only TVR and it I felt 'all fur coat and no knickers' with these guys. You can see me at about 40s into this clip:

Ocean Haze Chimaera at 40sec into clip

There are lots more YouTube clips by same guy if you want to see all the cars in the parade,,, there was a lot of expensive motors.!!

As I live not too far away, and the organiser was very happy to see any British Sports cars, the event didn't cost me anything. I just attended the parade. I will contact the organsiser again to see if this is option for me and any other TVR's. It may be possible to book as a group if there are enough interested in staying in the Hotel and attending the dinners etc. See above link for program and details. I have also requested the programme in English and will post here if they agree.

Put the date in your diary and come along even if its just for the day.

Mark beer

edited to add:
PS Nikolai if your watching: If the Sagaris 2 is in Austria maybe it would be another good opportunity to show it off to more potential owners.... or maybe not.
