TVR Power on fire? Cars lost. News needed.
Discussion
Have spoken to Dom.
The guys are all o.k.
One of the cars that had been drop off had a electric fire during the night. This has destroy half of the factory. They are currenty without servers and phone systems as this has been damaged in the fire.
If you need to be contacted about your car please put you name up here and i will relay it back to Dom. He will try and contact you as soon as possible.

The one consolidation is that the news said it happened at 1am.
Hopefully that means Dom and the team were safely home in bed.
Any word of them?
Best wishes for the Future Dom. If you asked for a work party to help clear up, I bet you get it.
can i echo the reaction. fk.fk

since the company went belly up, i've considered TVR power to be the nerve centre of what's left of the marque. i had my tamora sp6 rebuilt there, and it's been perfect ever since.
if any labour is needed to help with a clear up, i'd like to offer my help.
oh, and hands up who took their car in yesterday with an electrical fault!! pitchforks at the ready!

It amuses me how biased Pistonheads is, sometimes.
If this was anyone other than somebody well known/respected on here, I can guarantee that in the current climate, within the first 3 replies would have been some reference to an 'insurance job'.
Congratulations on being that cynic If this was anyone other than somebody well known/respected on here, I can guarantee that in the current climate, within the first 3 replies would have been some reference to an 'insurance job'.

I would suggest that wasn't the owners issue...Hope Power is up and running soon.

OMG - Terrible news. I also feel very sorry for the owner of the car that had an electrical fault. So very unfortunate.
Anyhow, I would be happy to offer a couple of days help to clean up. Dom is a top guy and my Cerb goes like a rocket since he serviced it. Let me know if I can help out.

We're gutted to hear about this and just glad that Dom and the crew are ok - well safe at least - ok is probably far from what they're feeling right now.
Dom - if you need anything give me a call, you've got the number. Happy to help with the clean up mate, just let us know what you need.
