I know I have a vested interest as that will be the day that my car is ready, but I'm just wondering if I'll be a Billy No-Mates surrounded by loads of uneaten bacon sarnies!

Yeah, thinking of going but it's not "on my doorstep" so to speak so nice weather may convince me.

I'm planning on coming along with a few Thames Valley people - is there a start time as such, was thinking about rocking up about 1030-1100.

I'm thinking of attending. What time are people going?

If I get there earlier I can eat all the bacon rolls.

T400ra i cant make the open day ! but do follow any speed 6 events with interest !

how come rg have not advertised/emailed the event or posted on here there's no mention of this on there site either ?

i think its a big shame when a company like rg do an event likes this that they dont promote it better

this is of interest to many i'm sure and they have done alot of hard work to improve the speed 6 "well done"

hope your day goes well and let us know how you get on

cheers keith

It's been widely promoted by the TVRCC both in Sprint and on their website. It's top of the events list for February.... http://www.tvr-car-club.co.uk/future_events.asp Aren't you a member Keith?? And if not, why not?!! biggrin

Not sure they'd be able to promote it on PH without taking out an expensive ad. Only someone 'innocently' posting about it (as has happened here!) would get it into the forums. Nick.

Hi Keith, they used to tell me I WOULD go blind looking at the pictures!! biggrin

Not being a customer I'd assumed thay had emailed them. But if not, you're quite right. Hmmm, I wonder exactly what form this 'open day' will take.

Will be working way for the next month's mid-Essex and H&B meets but definitely up for the April ones so hopefully see my favourite Tamora at one of those!! Nick.

I have to say I only look at the pictures too! I only knew about it because they told me when I dropped my car off, and then subsequently sent me a text.

Trust me - I'll be posting with updates! I'm expecting it to be the real deal, so will extoling it's virtues once I get it back.
