BTW you may want to add a gurney flap at the rear of the bonnet.
Good luck, Jonathan
Thanks Jonathan, seen the pics about a year ago would have been nice to see it in action Good luck, Jonathan
Gurney flap at the rear of the bonnet? any pics?
The general shape of the scoop looks good, getting rid of the heat from the engine bay and trying to cool the plenum chamber but I do wonder how you're going to get enough air in. Venturi ducts at the front of the bonnet would seem to be a good idea, like this car: Could they also feed the air filter?
Would be great to look at the car sometime. Merry Christmas, Jonathan
Hi Patrick,
Good luck with the 944 traitor
Just ordered a new Astra sri tourer for the wife so been working silly hours to pay for it.
I have the new diff for the M,also a new ally radiator to cope with the extra power, thanks to Tim @ ACT top bloke.
I will try to get some more pics up in a couple of weeks.

In three weeks time i have a weeks holiday,so i should fit the lightweight bonnet to the frame, fit new hinges along with the ally rad.
I've made the diff cradle, somehow i need to find the positions of the lugs on the chassis to mount the diff and cradle.
Progress is slow because of the bespoke parts i have to make, will be worth it though
