Curiosity has the better of me, can't be any worse than the 'Man at C&A' pose that Podie so professionally demonstrated....... can it?

Just realised I can make it! (1.00 Sunday) so will try to find it without help of convoy.

If you didn't see me there then send out a search party.

Optimism got the better of me. Hadn't used the car since 7th Dec. Dreaded flat battery despite trickle charger plugged in. Locked out, and I had put the roof on last time out.

Fortunately I had dropped the window a bit to route to the cig lighter so was able to unlock door with a length of water pipe. Cannot get to battery (car in garage passenger side to wall) so charging up via alternator. Car not cranking at all. Hope I haven't got to reset the alarm by disconnecting battery again.

...was looking forward to a blast today

Marvellous drive back if not a bit chilly!!!

Tony the A12/A130 roundabout wasn't that bad i thought the A13 canvey one was much worse

Alan the CCC's sound awesome the best i've heard....

Thanks Pauline. Got the battery charged but it's still NO GO! Hope it just needs the alarm resetting, which means pushing it out of the garage and manoevering it to the side of the garage where I can get to the nearside. Or I may have to work upside down with my head in the footwell to get to the battery. Will have a play next weekend.

Cheers, Dodge.

Is he naked ?

The Coastguard was called shortly after this by concerned husbands.

It's convinced me that we better not have a paddling pool for Le Mans
