The new TVR Union Jack Badge thread!

Thanks to all the people that have confirmed and paid for their orders so far. The badges are in Production at the moment, although they do not expect to deliver them until the 1st week in August.
They need to know ASAP how many to produce Chrome Plated and how many to produce with a Gilt/Gold finish.
Originally only the Chrome option was available (and i feel it looks nicer) so unless people confirm their orders by the end of the week and order a Gold one I shall order all remaining badges in Chrome as I do not want to delay delivery.
There are still a fairly large number of people on the wiki list who have not confirmed or paid for their orders (i'll send messages out later as a reminder), so i would appreciate it if you can do this ASAP (especially if you specifically want a Gold Badge!).
If anyone has just seen this thread and would like one of these great looking badges then send me a message as i think there will be a few spare ones.

I phoned the manufacturers today for an update. The guy i had been dealing with is on holiday this week, so spoke to someone else who is getting back to me tomorrow with an update. Will post up and email everyone that's ordered when i hear from them.
I hope they are running to schedule!!

Hi,
I was going to send an email update tonight, the side badges arrived yesterday, the large badges will arrive tomorrow!
They did manage to make a mistake on the order though, as only the Gold badges were meant to have a clear lacquer applied as the plating not expected to be as hard wearing as Chrome, but they laquered all of the side badges. I don't think this is a big problem, probably will protect it better and obviously I said we won't be paying for this extra process. The large badges will not be affected by this.
Unfortunately I am then away for a long weekend and won't be able to send any before going, but I have got all address labels etc ready so will be able to start posting out early next week.
So hopefully all will get them by next weekend!
