And not very smart either, clearly.
Well, I'm bored now exchanging pleasantries with someone who jumps to the wrong conclusions so quickly. Although very fitting for the financial sector, so you should go far! wink

Back on topic, there were many interesting PH threads in 2006 regarding what happened at the factory under NS's watch - they don't paint a pretty picture of him. That's why I fall firmly in the camp of never believing anything he says.

Two years ago, when I moved to the US I had two cars I wanted to import; my roller and my 2000 griff 500. The roller was older than 25 years so didn't have to pass the EPA requirements but the griff was 'new' so had to be substantially modified. I decided against importing and have regretted it ever since. As soon as I heard about the possibility of TVRs aimed at the US market I thought my prayers had been answered. There is simply nothing like a TVR over here and its not like I can buy an old one.

Nick, get your act together and get something into the market. People over here know enough to want one and know nothing of these 'arguements'. It'd be a clean slate...
Lee: In the states you have the 25 year law for importing so you would probably be better off checking out the TVRCC North America website that is in the process of going back up at the moment as there are older TVRs for sale there and on e-bay. This weekend is the 30th anniversary of "Out of Woodwork" (our get together for TVRs on this side of the pond). The 3rd weekend of September is the big British car show just outside of Toronto Canada and this year there were over 1200 British cars (about 30 TVRs). If you want any more info Lee just drop me an e-mail or PM. There are 7 TVRs within 20 miles of me here in Calgary, Alberta.Canada. (but my family owns 3 of them and I am looking at another one as we can now legally import up to a 1995 model here in Canada.
