Great to see you this evening Paul with the beast. The installation looked fantastic and you looked like a boy with a new toy! Never seen someone so happy!
Sounded fantastic as you drove off. Well done mate.
Did I tell you the rental charge of those track day cans you just borrowed.... LOL

That was 888 fronts, and 12 year old rear slicks, 30 quid each!
Oh no they can't be . . . With over 500 brake on tap?Paul the grunt just cannot be described, only felt welcome to the dark side
I saw and heard Paul's car when he picked it up from Topcats. It's amazing. I thought it sounded like a Spitfire and Warren said it reminded him of the Corvette c6r, if you've been close to one of those going past they vibrate the air in your lungs, although Paul's is not that extreme. Now, I just need to persuade Paul to give me a ride in it when he comes back from Spain. He can have a go in my 'little' 6.2.

sounds like a wild animal, brutal power...
good to hear its such a good conversion.
Tempted Rene?good to hear its such a good conversion.
On a Sagaris basis would be a bit to costly...but on a TVR T350c basis sounds very interesting, but then they also have that classic Tuscan replica with LS3.
there are many cars to choose from, even a special made LWB and WB Elise/Exige with LS3 and some more cars
Just got to write something on PH about this LS7 craziness.
I jumped in Paul's LS7 monster today .... something really strange happened .... I found out that my Speed Six Sagaris was a little bit like a wet fart compared to the Topcats and Paul Black, LS creation.
I'm not a great passenger, I need to be in control ... but, today, I let Paul show me a *very* different Sagaris. And apart from the crazy, girl-like screaming coming from my mouth, I was left physically shaking, with my heart pumping and in need of a serious gulp of water to get rid of my bodies reaction, to what I can only describe as 'roller coaster ride like acceleration' - to be honest it was probably much faster, just mad, crazy ... Its not that it was rough either, it's difficult to describe.
Paul let me have a little drive too, which I was a little tentative about. There was me, before driving it, thinking how the hell is this going to drive. I was expecting a difficult experience but in fact it was really smooth and as easy as my Sag to drive. Even though it wasn't wise for me to move the throttle more than a couple of millimetres on my first go, I could feel how very different the power delivery was.
I had a little look around the installation, Topcats have really done an amazing, top quality job. This car is covered in their racing thoroughbred, their attention to detail and their ability to deliver a dream.
I am saving my pennies .
Good luck Paul, you got a special car there..

Can't wait to get one of these in my Tuscan - will definitely go to an open day if Topcats do one.
Just purely(ok mostly) from curiousity would one of these even fit in a Tuscan?, congrats on the new engine in the Sagaris though, it must be a beast.Gassing Station | General TVR Stuff & Gossip | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
