Great tyres imo, come rain or shine, track or road. I ran them on the MX5 turbo for a few years and can't fault them.

I havent pushed them that much but am impressed upto now. They have had moments in the wet over the previous T1Rs. I gave them a little test on the dragstrip on Saturday. 0-60 foot in 2.05 wasnt bad considering the track was still a little greasy. I reckon they are about 90% as good as 888's but at 2/3 the price if you shop about.

Camskill have often got them with 25%-30% off so worth checking there, that's where I got mine from and at the time were one of the cheapest tyres I could get! Round bruntingthorpe they were very impressive for the money, I couldn't get the rear end to step out even when I was trying! The eagle f1s on the front just gave way first!

I had Federals on my 996 and they are great tyres and yes - way cheaper than 888's.

Hi Christian, I did not know you had bought a challenge car - are you racing it next year then?
