Re the wheels, I actually think they're a perfect evolution over the original BBS's for the Griff and would have not have been suprised to see TVR put them on back in the day. What are they BTW ?
They are Silverstone SP12s. You can get them from ACT I think, about £810 a set for the Grief/Chim

If I could upload the wretched photo' from my drop box (beta says too big)I would let you see a "proper" bike which is still ridden in classic motocross!

I started my Moto X days on one of these back in 1983.

Even then I was up against more modern looking KTM's,Honda and Yamaha's. Did 1 half seasons on it then quite a few meetings on a Kawi 250






Image not my bike but very very similar,info tells me that's a 360 (Mine a 250)
