How's that wedge of yours?
I believe you could be right as Steve Green, he of the 8 second, make that 7 second, Wildcat engined quartermile MK1 Cortina works at the engine shop who built this little monster:

From what I remember this engine was up for sale a couple of years back and was stock 3.5L capacity but with a lot of trick parts including big valve heads.

It wasn't a 3.5 but 4.5 that makes it no less incredible though IMO How's that wedge of yours?
