What timing gear is used at these events?

We generally use laser speed traps but on this occasion we used radar guns, tested against vboxes throughout the day to ensure accuracy

oh that's me! 198mph apparently, which I was very very pleased with. But will be coming back for more on the next one should CW allow, for another go, with new top secret dastardly plans! LOL, albeit car is not well from a recent charity Goodwood track day right at this time, recently fitted new SC pulley broken, UGH!, new parts and being worked on this/next week hopefully, ready for VMAX ???!

LOL!, hi Mark, not that dastardly I am afraid mate, just a few tweeks and possible removal of various items, and a game plan (which you already deploy) on the day. Cars buggered at the moment anyway, so got to repair it first. Look forward to a head to head on the next one.
