1966 TR4 A Valuation

Hi Guys,is there any TR4 experts out there who can help me value a 1966 TR4 A,96000 miles in what looks to be in very good condition,we are taking in as px but not sure what to value it at,

Excellent: £14,500
Good: £12,000
Average: £7,250
Project: £3,750

really??,ive just seen some between 20 & 30k

Might not have been updated/include concours/dealer prices.

Practical Classics have them down as:
Concours/dealer: £28,000
A1: £20,000
A2: £11,000
A3: £6,250
