Surry top TR5 With or Without ?

I am currently half way through getting my Tr5 chassis to the rolling stage, when I put the body back on to the chassis i am wondering weather to keep the surry top or go for the full convertible? IMHO I have the surry top complete it does need some attention, but i prefer the idea of top off windows down real wind in your hair type thing. I only will be using the car in the summer, so whats your opinions please?

i had a surry style top on one of my spitfires and found it invaluable, much better then the other full convertable one, best of both worlds. However i do live in scotland where the sun never shines for long.
