focus st rear suspension issue

Noticed today that when the handbrake is on and i find the biting point only the passenger side of the car dips. Is this a sign of rear shocks gone or could it be anything else?

Probably means that the driver's side rear caliper isn't doing its job. Either broken linkage or seized mechanism.
